The mission of the Harvey Cedars Historical Society is to collect, preserve, and share the history of Harvey Cedars through artifacts, exhibits, and the operation of the Harvey Cedars Museum ensuring that the story of our community—past and present—is preserved for future generations.
What is next for the Historical Society?
The building currently sits on property that has being sold for redevelopment. The Borough, in conjunction with the Developer will be moving the cottage to Sunset Park later this summer.
How can you help?
The names of our Founding Donors will be featured on a plaque at the museum recognizing their generous donation and their commitment to the preservation of the history of Harvey Cedars. This is a unique opportunity to memorialize your family legacy in Harvey Cedars history for generations to come.
