I would consider doing something exclusive, like a flag or a t-shirt, sweatshirt, hat I would consider using merchandise as an incentive for memberships or just as a stand alone income stream. Everyone wants a cool tshirt from their yearly visit, or maybe they own a home and want to fly a flag. This is simple and effective. These are examples I found on the internet, I would consider hats and canvas beach totes as well.
